Shipping and Returns

Ready To Ship: All ready-to-ship packages are shipped within 3-5 working days of ordering. Note that working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. Orders are typically dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.

All packages in Singapore are sent via SingPost (tracked). International packages also use Singpost Tracked services. Customers handle customs and import taxes. Shipping calculated by order weight.

SingPost counts packages as lost after 7 working days (Mon-Fri) in Singapore and 18 working days for the rest of the world. Please consider this timeline when inquiring about missing parcels. Replacement or refund cannot be processed before this period.

Pre-orders: Estimated dispatch dates are provided in all pre-order shop listings.

Take note that if you buy a ready-to-ship item with your pre-order, the ready-to-ship item will be held until the pre-order is ready. To receive ready-to-ship items earlier, consider placing two separate orders.

Pre-ordered items will ship according to the Ready-to-ship information above.

Dyed-To-Order: Shipping times for Dyed-To-Order listings may vary based on workload but typically your dyed-to-order item will ship within 1-2 weeks.

I typically ship dyed-to-order items as soon as they are completed, so one order may take 1 week while another may take 2 weeks. Rest assured, all orders will be shipped within 2 weeks.

Returns: I cannot accept returns for OOAK colorways, exclusive colorways, or custom orders unless faulty since they have been specially dyed for you. However, I am happy to accept returns of other ready-to-ship items. Please follow the steps below to return the item.

  • Reach out within 30 days of delivery.
  • Ensure the item is in original condition, with the ball band intact. Package carefully, free of pet hairs and odours. Include a note with return, order number, and email address.
  • It is your duty to return the item, send it with proof of postage. I do not take responsibility for items in transit back to me. Seek compensation from your mail provider if the item is lost in the mail.
  • Upon receipt of the order, I am pleased to provide a refund (excluding postage), store credit, or an exchange of equal value for a return.
  • If returning from outside Singapore, please mark customs forms clearly as “returned merchandise” . I will not be able to accept packages with customs fees.

As stated above I cannot accept returns of custom orders or club/exclusive colourways unless the item is faulty.
